We do not ask for brokerage passwords, government ID numbers, or payment card details through the website form.

We use information to respond to enquiries, deliver training, issue invoices, improve the site, and meet record-keeping obligations under Australian law. Where consent is required for optional analytics cookies, we request it via the cookie banner.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship continues. Invoices and tax records are retained for seven years or as required by law. You may ask us to delete enquiry data that is no longer needed for a booking or legal duty.
