Acceptance
By accessing distributedserviceapi.digital or booking lessons with Distributed Service API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase training.
Educational services
We provide technical analysis training focused on candlestick pattern reading. Sessions, workshops, and chart reviews are educational. They are not personalised financial product advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You remain responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Bookings and accounts
Enquiries submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings until we issue written confirmation and, where applicable, an invoice. You must provide accurate contact details.
Intellectual property
Course materials, journal templates, chart packs, and website content remain the property of Distributed Service API. You may use materials for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public teaching from our packs without written permission is not allowed.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit abusive content through forms. We may suspend access where misuse is detected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or indirect damages arising from training or reliance on educational examples. Our liability for a particular booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking where limitation is lawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
